This position supports student conduct and conflict resolution processes within the Dean of Students Office. This entry-level adjunct position works directly with students to assist in resolving alleged violations of the Student Code, The Anchor of Student Rights & Responsibilities (“The Anchor”), through educational, restorative, and developmental approaches. The role supports case management, facilitates informal resolution processes, and assists with the administration of student conduct cases under the guidance of senior staff. This is a 0.8 FTE position. The Conduct Resolution Facilitator will work a standard 40-hour/week schedule during the Fall and Winter semesters and reduce to a 6.25 hour/week schedule during the months of June and July.
