Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to guests prior to arrival to confirm reservations and verify eligibility.
- Receive inbound calls from guests wishing to confirm reservations.
- Reserve, cancel, and reschedule reservations as needed.
- Resolve guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Promote and sell vacation enhancements such as room upgrades, extra nights, attraction tickets, and other available offers.
- Help increase show rates while reducing reservation disqualifications.
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations.
- Provide information regarding room types, rates, availability, and resort amenities.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services.
- Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
