About The Position

This is a full-time position in a warehouse environment. The Configuration Technician is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of client configurations, coordinating with the Warehouse Logistics team for client orders, and communicating with clients to troubleshoot builds and quality control documentation. The role involves imaging and configuring computers, phones, tablets, and other equipment, completing quality checklists, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. Applicants must be willing and able to participate in basic warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years' experience in configuration, SCCM/WDS environment
• Familiarity with computer concepts: hardware and networking
• Competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment related to job duties

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Windows Autopilot experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of client Configurations
• Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics team to coordinate client orders
• Communicate with client to troubleshoot Builds and Quality control documentation
• Image and configure computers, phones, tablets and other equipment as assigned
• Complete Quality Checklist and required paperwork for each system imaged
• Maintain compliance with HTG corporate expectations and procedures
• Participate in basic warehouse operations outside of normal duties
