Requirements

4–7+ years in software/system QA, configuration management, release management or related functions.
Bachelor's degree required in IT, computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
Software/system quality assurance.
Functional and regression testing.
Test planning and test documentation.
Defect identification/tracking.
Configuration management.
Change and release management.
JIRA.
QA validation.
Root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage QA and validation activities associated with CMM and related CSP systems/tools.
Develop and execute test approaches, identify and track deficiencies, validate corrections and make test-deficiency mitigation recommendations.
Maintain configuration/change documentation and JIRA records.
Support planned and emergency releases, patching/upgrades and security-remediation activities in coordination with the Business Systems Analyst, technical staff and OCIO.
