As a Configuration & QC Specialist I, you'll help configure and validate clinical trial laboratory databases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in configuration, quality control, quality assurance, or data management.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with validation, documentation, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and setup of clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS).
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve configuration discrepancies.
• Partner with Project Managers, Setup Specialists, and Scientific Affairs teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
