About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a Junior Configuration Manager to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Must have 2 years of directly related experience.
High school diploma is required.
Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide system administration of network, web, and/or communication systems, including Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, involving network security
Prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions including actions, milestones, timelines and critical paths required for complete solutions
Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, client/server, or cloud based
Optimize system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems
