About The Position

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to ensure accurate, consistent control of product configurations and documentation throughout the product lifecycle. This role manages change processes, maintains configuration data, and supports cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and product integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years experience with CM practices and PLM/ERP systems.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and document control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or CMII is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configuration management processes and tools.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
• Ensure accuracy of BOMs, drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain configuration baselines and revision histories.
• Support configuration audits and compliance activities.
• Provide CM reporting and support continuous improvement.
