Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences or equivalent technical experience
• Experience working with engineering processes and procedures
• Technical writing and analytical problem-solving experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nuclear, chemical, aerospace, or petroleum industry environments
• An active “Q” level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Configuration Management (CM) Program for the American Centrifuge Operating Engineering organization, making sure the physical plant, engineering documents, and regulatory basis all line up with governing requirements.
• Partner closely with design, construction, operations, and maintenance teams to embed CM best practices into daily work.
• Track program health through performance indicators.
• Identify trends or gaps before they become issues.
• Mentor CM personnel.
• Lead self-assessments.
• Provide clear status reporting to management.
• Promote training that builds strong CM understanding across the organization.
