The Configuration Management Engineer will be responsible for leading quality assurance of all RFCs, developing and maintaining configuration baselines, and ensuring the configuration management process is documented and implemented. This role involves conducting change and configuration management at project and program levels for systems, services, and capabilities developed using traditional and agile methods. The engineer will interface with the enterprise configuration management team, support change tracking and documentation control, guide junior configuration managers, and assist the government in validating system configuration changes. Additionally, the role supports engineering management administrative tasks, ERB activities, maintaining the CMDB, interfacing with MBSE tools, reviewing software code deliveries, managing code libraries, and supporting Needs and Collection Management activities to baseline and maintain the IT technical baseline.
