You will have the opportunity to participate in coordination and administration of Configuration/Data Management (CDM) activities on the program related to identification, control, and status accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual and command media requirements. You will also assist in the preparation of procedures and the implementation of changes as required.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Secret Clearance is required.
  • Detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage priorities for multiple tasks.
  • Good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Experience in managing a technical baseline in Windchill or other Product Data Management (PDM) system
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with Configuration Management requirements/processes/procedures, and/or plans
  • Experience in CDRL Tracking, Statusing, and Submittal
  • Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Confluence and/or SharePoint
  • The eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance - U.S. Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and release engineering changes and other requirements documentation into EPDM including initiation and follow up activities for corrective actions.
  • Ensure customer contract and configuration/data management requirements are met.
  • Ensure program compliance to CDM requirements for baseline control, document control and document release.
  • Support administration of CDM repository databases and systems.
  • Manage accurate baselines and provide status accounting reports.
  • Participate in CM audit activities and corrective action.
  • Coordinate and participate in change boards and reviews.
