About The Position

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the stability and usability of the PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) environment. The Configuration Analyst will serve as knowledgeable system support for clinical and operational users. By efficiently maintaining and aiding in the execution of change requests in ServiceNow, this role keeps the system up to date, protects data integrity, and helps clinicians and staff focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Extensive understanding of PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) EHR system.
Experience with ServiceNow incident triage, management, and incident resolution.
Training/education/experience in task coordination.
Functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating the execution of approved configuration changes in the PATH EHR system.
Maintain an accurate record system of all configuration changes executed in the system that may be audited by various government agencies and their partners.
Operate within a cross-functional and organizational team of partners in order to deliver a coordinated, predictable, reliable, and safe model for managing change within PATH EHR.
