About The Position

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination. Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years
  • IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve
  • TS/SCI eligible

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.
  • Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution.
  • Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner.
