Configuration Analyst I
About The Position
Act as an active participant on an I.T. Team which is tasked to collectively work together to achieve the successful implementation and maintenance of core software administration platforms. Play a key role in analyzing requirements, building system configuration components, and supporting testing of the system. Responsible for recording and reporting of information needed to manage the configuration of the product (hardware and/or software). Responsible for providing detailed configuration, testing/quality review and maintenance for production applications. Provide a variety of technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility under minimal supervision. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Proven abilities in data analysis and issue resolution.
- Strong documentation and procedural skills.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- High aptitude for personal computer, software, and related components.
- Good problem-solving techniques and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
