About The Position

Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking Conference Staff for an event in Nashville, Tennessee, taking place from Monday, July 13th, 2026 to Wednesday, July 15th, 2026. This role offers a chance to join our roster as Nashville is a growing market for us, with potential for additional opportunities in 2026. The work environment is described as fun, collaborative, and positive. The event will be held at the Music City Center. Job duties include registration, attendee engagement, directional support, session access, and general event operations. The pay rate is $23/hr, with weekly direct deposit payments. Staff are required to wear a black collared shirt, black slacks, and comfortable black shoes.

Requirements

Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job
Limited phone use during shifts
Adherence to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing
Complete availability for the duration of the event
