The Conference Services Worker is responsible for the proper setup, breakdown, maintenance, and cleanliness of conference rooms and lounges in accordance with ARAMARK standards, safety, and sanitation policies. This role involves setting up, maintaining, and breaking down food and beverage special events, maintaining the general appearance of break areas, and moving light furniture and tables as needed. The worker will maintain constant contact with supervisors regarding event progress and guest needs, prepare for the next day's setup, and stock and inventory various supplies including glassware, china, food items, drinks, linens, flip-charts, and office supplies. Additionally, they will arrange tables and chairs according to meeting specifications, remove trash, read banquet event order sheets, and attend departmental meetings. Adherence to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy is required. Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.
