This position requires detailed execution of banquet event orders, experience with Audio/Visual equipment as a profit center, and proficiency in computer systems like Delphi, Word, and Excel. The role also involves monitoring group room blocks, generating resumes for operating departments, and working with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
