This role is to accurately set up meeting rooms to support all Food and Beverage events associated with our conference business as well as other outlets. Sets up and tears down of meeting rooms and special events, including stocking of meeting room materials. Maintains and stocks linen areas: Reports inventory requirements to leaders, ensuring store areas are clean, organized and stocked. Refresh, reset and maintain meeting rooms appearance during events Set up banquet bar service: set up tables, mobile bars, pick-up and delivery of bar product. During bar service: maintain communication with Bartender, restock bar inventory, restock ice, glassware. Responsible Beverage Inventory management; cleaning and maintaining store rooms. Use FIFO method of stocking and using product.
