This role involves collaborating directly with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences. You will lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution, drive revenue through upselling opportunities and proactive communication with clients, and monitor guestroom blocks to ensure contracts are on track to avoid attrition charges. You will also manage payments from start to finish, ensuring every invoice is clear and accurate. The role requires leading site tours, participating in pre- and post-event meetings, and being present for event execution. Additionally, you will support the Sales and Marketing team with sales activities and revenue checks.
