Requirements

• Enthusiasm for customer service
• Passion for communication
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours in a demanding role
• Problem-solving on-the-fly
• Attention to detail
• Fast-pace
• Time management skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Meeting room set-ups, maintenance and tear-downs
• Deliveries of coffee break services
• Supporting the outlet serving staff during slower conference periods by taking orders
• Operating the electronic cash register/POS system
• Cleaning outlet areas
• Answering guest inquiries about our food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation
