The company is currently seeking a Part-time Property Manager (20 hours per week) for a condominium property in the Milwaukee metro area. This role involves direct management oversight, maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value. Responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, tenant and board relations, supporting maintenance staff, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
• 3-5 years of residential property experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong financial reporting skills.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
• Customer-focused professionals.

• Experience in managing condominium properties is preferred.
