Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Condominium Property Management.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • A Limited License; General License is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Condominium legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare draft budgets, manage budget resources, and report on revenues/expenditures.
  • Handle tendering, development, and execution of contracts; supervise contractors.
  • Collaborate on Reserve Fund projects, manage proposals, and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
  • Manage mail/email, prepare resident correspondence, and maintain organized records.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and updating of property management software.
  • Review security reports, address issues, and provide monthly summaries.
  • Maintain and update resident/owner information systems.
  • Coordinate with trades, oversee work, and manage related approvals.
  • Assist with the setup and execution of resident meetings.
  • Enforce community policies and address resident concerns.
  • Supervise staff, ensure efficient building operations, and handle other assigned duties.
