About The Position

The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services-oriented individuals to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks and responding to resort guest calls and in-house work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
• Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work.
• Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
