About The Position

The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services-oriented individuals to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks and responding to resort guest calls and in-house work orders.

Requirements

Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills.
Four-day workweek including every other weekend off.
Good driving record.
Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work.
Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-housework orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
