About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in seed conditioning or related agricultural operations.
• Previous experience operating and maintaining seed milling equipment.
• Strong understanding of seed conditioning processes and techniques.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot seed milling machinery efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures within an agricultural setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and reporting to supervisors.
