This role supports concessions in setting up condiment carts and soda machines, ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, and follows HACCP standards. The position also requires a personal commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment when handling knives, hot pans, and during general operations.
