About The Position

We are partnering with a large, well-established concrete contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market to add an experienced Concrete Superintendent to their team. This company offers the resources, project pipeline, and client relationships you would expect from a major contractor, while maintaining a tight-knit, family-oriented culture where people are valued and long-term careers are the norm. They have an excellent list of repeat clients, a tremendous backlog of upcoming work, and a strong reputation throughout the DFW construction market. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading concrete operations in the field, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's quality standards. We're looking for someone who understands concrete construction from the ground up and knows how to lead crews, solve problems in the field, manage schedules, and keep projects moving.

Requirements

Experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in commercial concrete construction
Strong knowledge of foundations, slabs, structural concrete and/or tilt-wall construction
Ability to effectively manage field personnel, schedules, equipment, and subcontractors
Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and production
Proven ability to communicate with project management, general contractors, owners, and field teams
