About The Position
The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for its Building Self Perform team at the DFW Terminal F project in Dallas, Texas. The role is responsible for managing field operations and helping ensure that the project is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 6 years of experience.

- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall field operations.
- Create and manage the project schedule.
- Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Establish budgets and control costs.
- Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
- Identify project risks and work to mitigate them.
- Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
- Follow the company safety program, applicable laws, and OSHA operating standards.
- Manage jobsite cleanliness.
- Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision.
- Prepare daily logs.
