About The Position

Rally Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee residential concrete operations including foundations, slabs, flatwork, and related structural concrete projects. This leader will drive production while maintaining safety and quality. Requirements

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience
• Experience supervising residential concrete operations
• Strong understanding of foundation and slab construction
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete field operations
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors
• Monitor concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes
• Ensure work complies with engineering plans and specifications
• Schedule inspections and maintain project timelines
• Perform quality control inspections
• Promote safe work practices
• Collaborate with builders and Project Managers
