Requirements

3+ years of experience in various concrete repair techniques (finishing, reinforcing, injections, shotcrete, etc.).
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and equipment.
Strong knowledge and experience within the heavy civil, industrial, and commercial industries.
Willingness to travel extensively within the US.
A valid driver's license.
A commitment to safety and high-quality work.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Reliability, pride in work, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Perform various concrete repair techniques, including finishing, reinforcing, injections, and shotcrete.
Work on large-scale, complex projects such as bridges, stadiums, and historical landmarks.
Travel across the United States for project assignments.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a commitment to high-quality work.
