The Concrete Repair and Maintenance Technician performs waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking, pedestrian and traffic coatings, and concrete structural repairs. This role is responsible for a variety of physical tasks including general labor, carpentry, and using power tools and/or hand tools as defined by each job/project. The employee must perform all duties with Sunland's Core Values at the forefront, follow direction, work productively and safely to meet production goals, and be an advocate for SAFETY. This position operates at professional construction sites and requires the ability to communicate verbally, read printed materials, have stamina, and the ability to lift, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The role involves working outside in various weather conditions and may expose the employee to chemicals, loud noises, moving vehicles, and dust/debris. Occasional travel, night, and weekend work will be required.
