Hawkins Construction, a leading commercial concrete contractor based in the St. Louis region, is seeking a highly motivated individual to estimate, sell, and manage commercial concrete projects. Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management in commercial concrete
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business Management, Finance)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial concrete construction projects, from estimating and sales to planning through completion.
• Read and understand plans and specifications and perform quantity take-offs from plans and/or field visits.
• Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
• Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
