Requirements

  • At least 3 years in project management required
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, concrete projects, budgeting, construction methods, and blueprint reading
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active in field and office environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead & support field crews with hands-on direction, training, and daily coordination.
  • Motivate & manage 3-4 team leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Assist with job setup, including layout, HUBs, elevation pins, and job folder prep.
  • Develop schedules, budgets, and plans to guide projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate concrete pours, vendors, deliveries, and review specs for accuracy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, team leaders, vendors, and GCs.
  • Submit RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct jobsite visits for quality control and alignment with project goals.
  • Balance approx. 30% office work with 70% jobsite visits, meetings, and field coordination.
  • Work full-time, Monday-Friday, averaging 40-50 hours/week.
  • Travel as needed—approximately one overnight per week; per diem and lodging provided.
