About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Silt/Glenwood Springs, CO area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management and Estimation experience
- Working with Concrete projects
- Familiarity with Budgeting, Material Management, manpower planning, blueprint-reading, and Project Tracking
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Concrete projects including: Flatwork, Foundations, Stairs, decorative concrete, Architectural walls, and other specialty work
- Experience in Concrete projects in Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and retail construction
- Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell ProContractor, and Microsoft Excel software
- Degree, Vocational School, and/or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management
