Concrete Production Worker
About The Position
The Concrete Production Worker is responsible for producing quality precast concrete products from start to finish at Jensen Infrastructure’s production plant. The role involves staying on your feet and moving quickly through daily tasks to help meet customer needs. The worker reports to the Production Supervisor and primarily works with the production, quality control, and yard teams. The role is suited to an enthusiastic, motivated person who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in completing tasks, avoids shortcuts, and is safety-conscious toward both themselves and their team. Jensen is open to candidates seeking to build a career and offers an opportunity to develop skills with an established company.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform production duties, including setting up forms, installing inserts, and removing excess concrete.
- Read production drawings.
- Finish concrete using floats and other tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
