About The Position

If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and ready to grow, we want you on our team. This is a Production Machine Operator role on the Night Shift, located in St-Hubert, Quebec. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm to 5:30am, offering a salary starting at $34/H based on experience, with weekly pay and full benefits. Working the night shift means you get 3 days off every week, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production
Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork
Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)

Nice To Haves

Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)
Electrical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards
Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently
Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications
Complete daily production and maintenance reports
Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations
Communicate issues and priorities during shift change
