About The Position

Geneva Rock Products is hiring a Concrete Mixer Driver in Tooele, Utah. This role delivers concrete safely and efficiently according to the delivery ticket specifications, maintains assigned equipment, uses reclaimer and washout facilities responsibly, and assists with routine maintenance. The company is willing to train CDL holders who lack mixer-driving experience. Work may involve long and irregular hours, particularly during the busy season.

Requirements

• Maintain a Commercial Driver License (CDL) and DOT Medical Card.
• Have a good safety record and a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Work well with others in a team environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow instructions and work long hours, especially during the busy season.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 65 pounds; occasional overhead lifting may be required.
• Have knowledge of DOT compliance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and supervisors, and understand and follow instructions and safety requirements.
• Be able to walk over uneven ground, balance, stoop or crouch, kneel, grab and hold objects, and climb the truck ladder several times a day.

Nice To Haves

• One year of mixer-driving experience or equivalent; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete safely and efficiently to each job site, following the specifications on the delivery ticket.
• Keep assigned equipment clean and free of debris.
• Use reclaimer and washout facilities responsibly.
