About The Position

Hope Concrete provides materials and services for public works and industrial/commercial projects. The Concrete Mixer Driver transports construction materials to job sites, supporting the company’s operations and customer deliveries. This role involves safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading materials, making accurate and timely local deliveries, coordinating with the logistics team, and representing the company through customer service. The schedule varies daily, with typical shifts of 8–12 hours and varying early morning start times. Deliveries are local, and drivers are home every night.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles while complying with traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload materials in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand.
