About The Position

Hope Concrete is hiring a Concrete Mixer Driver to transport construction materials to job sites for public works and industrial and commercial projects. The role involves safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading materials, making accurate and timely deliveries, coordinating with the logistics team, inspecting and maintaining vehicles, and providing customer service while representing the company. Deliveries are local, and drivers are home every night. Schedules vary daily, with typical shifts of 8–12 hours and varying early-morning start times.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
Clean driving record.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles while complying with traffic laws and regulations.
Load and unload materials in a timely and efficient manner.
Make accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Provide exceptional customer service while representing Hope Concrete.
