About The Position
Innovative Concrete, LLC is expanding in Gillette Wyoming in our commercial concrete division. We are looking for a laborer, from setter, and finishers. Innovative Concrete rewards hard work and we take pride in the quality of everything we build. If you show up and give it your best, there is a real future here. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and the role you are applying for. Positions should start at the end of May to the first of June. Requirements
- Experience in concrete or construction is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to the project site.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a commercial concrete crew on active jobsites.
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow direction from the foreman and superintendent.
