About The Position

Innovative Concrete, LLC is expanding its commercial concrete division in Gillette, Wyoming, and is seeking Concrete Laborers, Form Setters, and Finishers. Pay is competitive and based on experience and the specific role. Positions are expected to start between the end of May and the first of June. Concrete work is steady and in demand year-round.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to the project site.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in concrete or construction.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a commercial concrete crew on active jobsites.
• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow direction from the foreman and superintendent.
