Requirements
- Available to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete (typically 8-10 hours)
- Comfortable with heavy, hands-on work (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, physical production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Strip ("tip out") finished concrete products from forms after curing
- Work as part of a crew to break down forms and prepare them for the next production cycle
- Use hand tools and equipment to assist with form breakdown
- Clean, scrape, and prep molds and materials for reuse
- Assist with moving products and materials safely using tools/equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
