Requirements

  • Available to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete (typically 8-10 hours)
  • Comfortable with heavy, hands-on work (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, physical production environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Strip ("tip out") finished concrete products from forms after curing
  • Work as part of a crew to break down forms and prepare them for the next production cycle
  • Use hand tools and equipment to assist with form breakdown
  • Clean, scrape, and prep molds and materials for reuse
  • Assist with moving products and materials safely using tools/equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
