About The Position
As a Concrete Laborer, your primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a team to construct quality residential foundations all around Ohio. Qualified candidates must train at our Columbus location prior to transitioning to the Dayton branch. Said training could take up to 45 days, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Valid DL and clean driving record (for potential bonus)
- Ability to train at Columbus location prior to transitioning to Dayton branch
Responsibilities
- Loading & unloading metal wall forming panels, tools, and other material
- Installing wall panels to create concrete forms according to specs
- Using various types of hand and power tools to connect/disconnect panels
- Using measuring tape to ensure proper installation of wall panels
- Assisting pump operators with pouring concrete into installed forms
- Spreading, vibrating, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Stripping & removing wall panels from finished concrete surfaces
- Securing tools and ensuring jobsite remains clean & organized at all times
- Performing additional labor-related duties assigned by crew leaders
