About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Concrete Laborers / Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Springfield, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Must have basic hand tools
- Must have finishing tools (mag floats, trowels, edgers, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Preparing job sites, including grading, forming, and material setup
- Assisting with pouring and placing concrete
- Using hand and power tools to spread, level, and smooth concrete
- Finishing concrete surfaces using tools such as mags, trowels, and edgers
- Perform cleanup, joint cutting, and site maintenance as needed
