About The Position
This internship offers the opportunity to apply your education in the field, supporting assigned project work and plant operations to achieve production goals. You will partner with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees, completing technical projects to understand operations and learn the functions of the production, maintenance, and quality departments. A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Commitment and engagement through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company.
- Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and participate in assigned project work.
- Support plant operations in achieving production goals.
- Partner with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees in different departments.
- Complete technical projects to gain an understanding of the operations.
- Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, and quality departments and different job and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
