About The Position

Q3 Contracting (Q3C), a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We are actively hiring a Concrete Foreman based out of our Grand Junction, Colorado office. This position requires frequent travel throughout the western slope of Colorado.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
Understand the fundamentals and dangers of within the industry.
Prior construction knowledge required.
Understands safety zones while working around equipment i.e., backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors, etc.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of restoration/concrete procedures.
1 + years’ experience directly supervising employees.
3 + years working in construction, or the utility distribution industry.

Responsibilities

Daily supervision of work crew(s) daily to complete the scheduled work in a timely and safe manner.
Must be able to lead and take responsibility for field operations.
Ensure crew performs tasks to project timelines and budget.
Monitor progress against project schedules to management.
Operate and maintain various sizes of construction equipment.
