We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily jobsite operations. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of concrete construction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite productivity.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in concrete construction (flatwork, foundations, or structural preferred)
• Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes
• Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on active jobsites
• Coordinate daily work activities, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
• Train and mentor crew members, including entry-level laborers
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, and team members
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a timely manner
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
