About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Columbus, OH. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Previous concrete finishing and flatwork experience required
- Experience with concrete forming and prep work
- Proficient using floats and finishing tools
- Able to operate single and double trowel machines
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finish work
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in an active construction environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up concrete work areas, including forming and site preparation
- Assist with placing, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Use hand floats, bull floats, and other finishing tools
- Operate single- and double-rider trowel machines safely and effectively
- Complete detailed finish work to meet project specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
