Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing experience
- Proficient in operating power trowels
- Skilled in decorative and architectural concrete techniques, including various finishes and applications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to frequently lift 30–85 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Responsibilities
- Pouring, screeding, and finishing various types of concrete
- Safely and effectively using a variety of tools and equipment as trained and required
- Applying a range of concrete finishing techniques, including trowel, broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
- Operating power trowels and finishing equipment
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
- Placing and tying rebar
- Supporting form carpenters in building forms for benches, sidewalks, walls, and other concrete structures
- Performing basic maintenance to ensure tools and equipment remain in good working condition
- Maintaining strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Participating in company-required training and performance reviews
Benefits
- Hourly wage of $37–$45, depending on experience
