About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role involves performing manual labor, operating equipment, and ensuring the quality and safety of concrete work across multiple locations in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. The schedule is typically 45-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
2 years’ experience

Responsibilities

Perform manual physical duties such as shoveling dirt, sand, and gravel, loading and unloading supplies, clearing job sites for equipment operators.
Fueling and Lubricating Company Equipment daily.
Daily Site Clean-up.
Leveling, smoothing, and shaping freshly poured concrete using tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
Checking concrete forms.
Mixing concrete to the correct specifications.
Setting and aligning the forms.
Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using specialist equipment.
Molding expansion joints and edges.
Monitoring the effects of weather on concrete.
Facilitating concrete pouring.
Serving as a team member and performing other skilled trade activities for selected projects to meet project budgets as needed.
Promote, execute, and adhere to the company’s safety program.
Attend daily safety meetings and inspections.
Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others.
