Requirements
- 2–3+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Form, pour, and finish concrete surfaces
- Float, edge, trowel, and broom finish like a pro
- Set rebar and wire mesh reinforcement
- Operate power tools and finishing equipment
- Repair and resurface existing concrete
- Work with a skilled team to deliver top-quality results
